Privacy Policy

Account data: name, username, email, optional company name, phone and address, profile photo and bio.

Marketplace data: listings, photos and videos, messages, inquiries, favourites, follows, reviews and transaction records.

Verification data: if you choose to verify, the ID document and selfie you upload, plus the extracted name used for matching.

Technical data: log and device information needed to keep the platform secure and to investigate abuse.

To run your account, show your public profile and listings, deliver messages and notifications, process seller subscriptions, verify identity, detect fraud and spam, respond to reports, and meet legal obligations.

Your username, display name, profile photo, bio, location region, social handles, badges, listings and released reviews are public. Your email, phone, street address and ID documents are never shown publicly.

ID uploads are stored in a private, non-public bucket and are only accessible to you and Repterra staff performing a review. They are used solely to confirm that your document matches the legal name on your account, and are deleted once verification is complete or declined, unless we are required to keep them.

We share only what is necessary with the providers that run the platform: our cloud database and storage host, our payment processor for seller subscriptions, and our email provider. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if legally required or to protect users from harm.

Payments between buyers and sellers happen off-platform through the provider you both choose; those providers have their own privacy policies.

We keep account data while your account is open. You can edit or remove most information from Settings at any time. To delete your account and associated personal data, email support@repterramarket.com. Some records (moderation actions, audit logs, transaction history) are retained for safety and legal reasons.

Depending on where you live you may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or restriction of processing. Contact support@repterramarket.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped by row-level security so users can only reach their own private records, and every staff action on your account is logged.

Repterra is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
